See demonstrations of glassblowing, blacksmithing, and gourd art! Bow to Her Royal Majesty, Mary, Queen of Scots and mingle with the Royal Court! Try your hand at archery and duel your own family with foam swords – or have them thrown in jail by the Canterbury Village Constabulary!
Shop costuming, fine jewelry, chain mail creations, magical crystals, shining crowns, capes and cloaks, swords and shields, and all sorts of other medieval wares at the vendor tents and village stores!
There will be plenty of activities for the entire family! Tired? Sit and enjoy a cold beer or mead on the C-Pub patio – or grab a turkey leg! After all, no faire is complete without one!
⚔️ WEAPONS POLICY ⚔️ 🔸NO FIREARMS OR REPLICAS 🔸Swords, Axes, Arrows, and Daggers must be checked & peace-tied at the front gate 🔸Blades must stay sheathed. No drawing allowed. 🔸Toy weapons (foam, plastic, wood) are okay if handled safely (be mindful of vendors’ wares and people around you). 🔸No sharp or realistic-looking props (i.e. a prop capable of doing harm or alarming guests will be subject to the same rules as an actual weapon) 🔸Bows must be unstrung (arrows must have tips removed and be peace-tied)
