When the sun sets, Canterbury Village transforms into a glowing, immersive experience perfect for celebrating the change of seasons as spring arrives in Michigan! With giant illuminated lantern sculptures inspired by the classic tale, Alice in Wonderland, this innovative exhibition is sure to awaken the magic in every visitor. You’ll even pass through the longest lighted tunnel in the USA, a truly dazzling sight to behold!
And along the path you may just run into familiar faces excited to meet you! Live character actors will play the roles of Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Queen (and King) of Hearts, the White Rabbit, and the Cheshire Cat!
The Wonderland Lantern Stroll is the perfect backdrop for a magical and memorable night out with family or friends or even a date night! It’s fun for all ages, set in the family-friendly Canterbury Village – where you make memories to last a lifetime!

FOOD: there are several opportunities for food and drink throughout the village. BBQ, hot dogs, fries, burgers, pizza, donuts, and ice cream are just a few of the choices. Yates Cider Mill serves up hot and cold cider along with a full coffee bar. Adult beverages can be purchased at the C-Pub at the end of your stroll.
All Canterbury Village shops will be open, many with special Alice in Wonderland themed merchandise or even activities!
